Order Process

Ordering your dream product is quite simple. There are 4 steps:

Step 1

First you customize your product by giving main properties such as dimensions and techniques on the relevant product configurator page. Upload your artworks if you have any, too. Proceed with the ordering steps and make your payment.

Step 2

We will get back to you with an artwork within the 2-48 hours after your payment. This is usually on the same business day if we are still open. If there is any unclear point in the project, we usually offer you multiple alternatives in the artworks.

Step 3

Now you can “Confirm” or “Deny” the artworks. You are also allowed to make a revision without any extra charge. In this case we will revise the artworks and send them again. Please note that such a revision in the process will result in a longer lead time.

Step 4

We start with the bulk production once you approve the final artworks. If you change your mind or don`t like the artworks, we will give you a full refund.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

Is there any extra costs for my product?

No! All costs are included in your order payment. Only extra request or specifications will lead to an extra charge. Please note that we will inform you about the extra costs once we send you the artworks for the confirmation. If you are not agreed, you can cancel the order and get a full refund.

Do you really give a full refund?

Yes! And that’s without any single condition.

Can I also make a order manually via email / phone or in person directly?

Sure! Simply send us your requirements (all details you can find in the relevant label configurator) and artworks if you have any. And we’ll take it from there.

Can I get samples?

Yes, we can produce samples for your own product. The costs for sampling projects are given in the relevant product page and ranges between 35-75 EUR (incl. shipping).

Is my data protected when I shop at 4LABEL.com?

All data on 4LABEL.com is secured with COMODO SSL certificates. We don`t have access to the details of your payment method such as credit card numbers. All payments are securely handled directly by PayPal (only if you have account) or Stripe (all credit card payments as well).

Which payment methods are accepted in the 4LABEL store?

We accept PayPal, Stripe, SEPA (bank transfer) as well as all major credit cards (MasterCard, VISA and AMEX).

How long will delivery take?

Each product requires a different production time. You can find this detail on the relevant product page.Please note that the whole lead time consists of production AND delivery time. You can read more on the delivery dates on the Shipping & Delivery page.
